Any good deals you are aware of for buying & holding land/lot for around 50K budge near Bastrop,Taylor etc?

OR how to find land deals in Austin area? I heard we can buy from developers or builders directly.Not sure whom to contact.Appreciate if you can share some insights on how to proceed, whom to contact ,where to look for ?

Just saw the recent Youtube Video from Reventure consulting today.Looks like he is predicting Austin market is in bubble and going to burst soon.He provided some supporting data based on rental rates etc.I am Still new to Austin market and would like to know what the local experts and experience investors think about future Austin market?

Me and a friend are looking to buy a SFH near Pioneer Hill community (Zip:78754) in Austin. Looks like Samsung and upcoming East village are in around 5 mile distance.Downtown and Domain is around 15-20 mins drive it seems.

1.What do you think about Austin SFH prices for next 2-3 years in general?

2.Any thoughts/suggestions on this location? is there good rental demand here due to proximity to Downtown/Domain ?

@Poem Turner Can you help me undwerstand how is the rental demand there? Let's say we have a 400K home with around 2000 Sft in Cedar Park or Round Rock. Hpw much rent can be expected?

Is there a good rental demand as well in those areas?  I was thinking that there may not be rental demand in suburbs,but i could be wrong.

Can anyone please suggest where can we find investment/rental homes in Austin(including suburbs) that also has good schools (atleast 7 and above ratings) ? Looking for 400K or below budget. Open for new or resale homes.

So far notices either pure investment areas or high cost homes(around 600K+) with good schools. Trying to find which neighborhoods have a combination of BOTH( rental demand and good schools) but still average price of 400K or below?
