Hey Nick, I have invested in just about every CT county, but I am predominately in New Haven County. Stamford is an awesome area, especially for rentals. My business is based out of Milford, CT. If I can learn more about your preferred property type and investment strategies, I may be able to help you out where needed.

@Benjamin Sulka I do not have a specific neighborhood in mind but do need the property to be located in a Class C or Class B neighborhood, due to my value-add strategy.
