Hi Phil--

Thanks for your reply. I agree with you that real estate market here is not as volatile as some other parts of the country. Congratulation on your first property! Hope you can sell it quickly with good profit.

Currently there are lots of inventories out there in the market; it's a good buyers market. But I found it is still difficult to find no down payment deals that will cash flow! The market could be even better for the buyers next year.

Thanks!

HI--
Nice to hear from you! Land could be a good investment vehicle in long run, but in short term it will not give you any thing (cash flow) until you sell it. I don't know much about investing in land though.

Looks like there are not many investors from Minnesota in this forum, huh? May be they are busy making money :-)

Please share your experience about Minnesota's real estate market, if you are a Minnesotan.

Thanks!

Hi All,
I am a newbie from Minnesota trying to get into in rei. In my experience, real estate is pretty expensive here (not like NY or California though), it's hard to make the numbers working.

Is there any one from MN here? Any agent? I am also looking for a knowledgeable agent/mentor, any referral is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
