@Rhonda Wilson Thanks for the advice Rhonda. Sounds like all the advice I’m getting is telling me to evict the long term dirty tanants, and clean and exterminate the apartment.

@Scott Rogers Thanks for the advice. Think I will place an offer and have the owner call the exterminator. If the problem persists, will get some of the traps that you and others mentioned.
