I will definitely keep that in mind. I don't plan on playing any games with any customers emotions or money. So I plan on devoting my time and learning ability only to my client(s). I do understand that my clients are gold so I will make sure I do right by them the best way possible.

Hi- I'm pursuing my real estate license in Rhode Island and had a question for those who are buyers of real estate or anyone who's experienced in real estate. Since this is a new venture and career path for me I was wondering if any insights can be giving in terms of how buyers go about picking their real estate agent or what avenues would you recommend for an agent to reach out to you in order to be a potential client or do you reach out to the agents yourself. This is new and I would like to hit the ground running so all advice will be well appreciated.

Hello I am new to the real estate business.  I'm wondering what would be a good start for an individual like myself who's new to this industry.  I'm pondering between "flipping" and "buy n hold."  What's ideal for a person like myself who's starting out in this new venture.  I am also interested in finding a mentor someone who's knowledgeable and willing to show me the ropes to success.
