Hello All -

I am looking to purchase a turnkey rental in Ohio within the next few months. Columbus looks interesting to me, but I could use some guidance. Can anyone give me more insight on how taxes are in Ohio, and if there’s any specific areas of Columbus that I should be keeping my eyes on or avoid? Any advice is appreciated.
