Hello!

I am a beginner with real estate investing, but i am motivated to become a passive income (cash flow) earner that Robert Kyosaki talks about. But the questions is:

1) where do I start?

2) any courses/ webinars/ books/ podcasts recommended? (Free or cheap and informative)

3) How do I find the local real estate investors that are willing to teach?
