I consider myself a savvy investor, wrote a ebook on foreclosures, sat down at lunch and looked Tom in the eyes, been to his home, analyzed the business, reviewed the technology and CRM, chatted with their closers and am unfortunately in the same boat as all of you. No return. Big promises, zero delivery and lots of cancelled meetings. I would love to have a conference call with all of those involved in the LYL scam. They both had good intentions and I have personally seen the inner workings of the business in attempting the "Done for you" model. Unfortunately, they can't deliver and their claim of $100k to $200k is worthless. It's almost like a little ponzi scheme. I think they pay the VA a little and pocket the rest waiting for the house of cards to fall. And Matt is in another country so pretty untouchable. I do have the Toms address I'm happy to share with you. If you are speaking to Tom about the LYL opportunity, run the other way. It is a failed business!

Wow! You actually met the guy in person and saw his office/operations? That’s on a whole other level of scamming people. I’m speechless.

Yes indeed. We got robbed by a seemingly sweet old man just like Lloyd Christmas got robbed by the sweet old lady in the motor scooter in Dumb and Dumber. Never saw it coming.

@Mark Thomas@Teddy Williams So far I count 10 of us. We need to find a platform we can all communicate on in a group. Do you have what's ap?

Last I heard from Tom and team a day before I had a Zoom scheduled was that Tom’s mom passed away and the meeting had to be rescheduled. It’s just one excuse after another.

So sorry you all have been scammed by Launch your Leads. I have to. How can a class action be started against them. If they are making so much money why are they not being responsible to do what they say bi am shocked so many people involved in this but I am not alone. Makes me feel more powerful

Guess what guys…I have an update call scheduled with Tom this coming Tuesday. I wonder what lies he’s going to tell me this time. My questions is, if this is a scam why the fake updates and follow up calls???? It makes no sense.

I had the same scheduled call with Tom last week then got cancelled 1 hr before. I was told Tom’s mom was going into cardiac arrest. I’ve been trying to reschedule a call ever since with zero response to my outreach.  Keep us posted if you’re able to connect. Curious how this pans out.
A lot of my past meetings were cancelled due to Tom supposedly being sick. Now Tom’s mom??!! Wow! These guys are real scum bags.

Unfortunately, I'm a victim too! I'll join you in the law suit.

I wonder if they have given us all the exact same story line??? Supposedly they have had a deal for me in Florida that has had title issues that has been holding it up from closing. Does that ring a bell for anyone?
None of my leads got that far.  You should be able to login to the CRM to see what deal they are talking about.  Could call the title company or transaction coordinator to validate.

I have created a discord chat for any current or former LYL VIP members to sync up. Message me for details.

i'm in the same boat....also has a florida deal in the works with title issues coincidentally.  I'm happy to sync up for a class action lawsuit.

Wow! The same sob story. I knew there was something wrong when they didn’t have a Facebook community to join like they said they did. Crooks!!

I am also a VIP member. 7 months no results. I have voiced several concerns with no responses. I asked for ad copy and accountability of all adds and money I spent, only to be ignored. I believe a large amount of our ad spend was spent to advertise the program. After voicing that I will be hiring an attorney and filing a compliant with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection all my ad spend was cut off without warning to make it look like I violating the agreement and I was also locked out of some areas CRM system. I am starting the legal process as we speak and depending how many more we can make this a class action law suit.

I’m in a similar boat lots of promises made, and nothing to show for it and out a bunch of money. Happy to team up if you are pursuing legal action.
Has anyone found an attorney that’s willing to file a class action lawsuit against this father and son scam team?

Hi there. I have had the same experience. Please let me know how to join the class action lawsuit suit.
