Hi Michael - thanks for the message. I'm also an agent and am up-to-date on the STR ordinances and pushback. Looking for something with an HOA that supports STR similar to Landmark or Peachtree Towers. The investor likes the idea of a high rise as he'll be occupying the home while in the area.

Anyone know of any HOA approved STR communities in the Atlanta area? I know of Peachtree Towers and Landmark.
