As a small property manager / landlord I signed up for Buildium a year ago already a little weary about the $40 a month price tag for my small amount of units, plus I hate their long hold times for support....however, it does what I need (keeps ledgers/ provides listing page/ accepts onlline rent pay (not free)... almost everything else is pay-extra as an "add-on" but I only use the basics....Unfortunately they are hiking their price by a whooping 25% in one bang as of March 1 (the day after tomorrow) now going to cost $50 per month as cheapest option and offering NOTHING extra AT ALL to what I already have at $40/per month. I don't want to stay with them I think this is taking advantage of loyalty due to pain of moving elsewhere, or they've just lost their minds altogether. I have voiced my concern to them before and suggested they consider lower memberships for those of us with less units that only need the basics....seems they don't really care. Looking for recommendations of where to go. Looking at Cozy, very tempting, good reviews, but wanted to know if anyone out there can give me their 2 cents, other any suggestions accepted. Thanks!
