Hi BP community!

I am considering investing in Greenville SC upper state. I was wondering if anyone from there have some insights on the surrounding areas, property type (single family, multi), and/or airbnb market? Any information is welcomed.

I have been to GV already twice to explore, so I do know a bit about the area, but nothing better than a local/investor to be able to give real insight on the tenant types, or investment property strategy.

Thank you!
