I saw that the population is growing very well, it seems interesting

It sounds interesting, is there a site where I can see examples of ownership in both markets? And what do you think of Columbus and Oklahoma?

Thank you so much for your time

Objectively, what are the best markets between Columbus, Kansas City and Indianapolis? Do you think that in a few years Cleveland will be dead and that it will be difficult to find tenants? And I really wanted to thank you for your answers I am very happy! Thanks a lot for your help.

Thank you very much for the information. What are the prices of its markets in good neighborhoods with high rental demand?

Thank you very much for your answers, what is the entry ticket for a single family home in a good neighborhood? In Indianapolis or Kansas City? Or even columbus?

yes it is very true Jacob, but there is a certain market where there is much more chance of succeeding than other I think. Drew Sygit, it's been almost 2 years since I researched real estate in the USA from France. I don't live in the united states and don't even speak the language. Before buying my first property in Cleveland I spent days and nights researching and getting started. But if there is a way that I can't put all my eggs in one basket with a market that has not a very good reputation with forums and sites that ranks Cleveland as a city of last choice, why not ask for opinions of people who know their markets well, their advantages and disadvantages? It is not easy for someone who does not live and does not even speak the language in the country in which he wants to invest. I did several research on several countries and for me the United States and the safest market with an entry ticket that is within my means. But maybe I'm wrong about Cleveland and this market is really good but I won't be able to know it like you because I am a beginner, and those who say good about the Cleveland market have most of the time something for sale, but not all fortunately!
