My partners and I are searching for an excellent agent in or around Memphis as we are looking to invest in a shopping center/plaza. Someone with knowledge of properties going up for sale and a nose for a good deal. Looking for a property in the range of 500k-1.5mil with multiple stores (not looking for a one or two store property even if large).

@James Martin Hi James, is your map focused on residential properties or commercial property investment as well? My partners and I are looking to purchase a shopping strip in Memphis but we're having a hard time finding a great piece of property. Found a couple of nice ones in Germantown but the taxes really kill our interest so would be nice to know good "investment" areas. Mind sharing your map?
