Thank you Tavares.

What android smartphone apps do you guys like?  I need to start tracking expenses right away.  An app with photo capabilities for expenses as well as tenant communications and income tracking would be great.  What do you love?

We are in contract to buy a home with a rental apartment unit.  I spent money traveling to see the home in another state.  Are these expenses deductible after we complete the purchase?

Thank you Eliesa for your time to reply!  I was really looking for someone for my daughter and son in law.  My son in law is an independent in the film business.  I did not make that clear with the post.  I'm also hoping to find someone who has personal experience with the financial planner they suggest to confirm their experience and ability.

Hello all,

Who do you know that is an excellent fee only non biased financial advisor.  Looking for someone great who I can ask general financial checkup and investing advice and also get help with a Sep or solo 401k because I'm self employed.  Thank you!!

Just got an email from the guru John Cochran about a 500k line of credit.  I remember he was promoting this about a year ago.  Anybody have any experience with that?

@Brandon Foken

 Can you share how your refining your lists to make them more targeted?  I am just getting started marketing again in So Cal and want more to test more targeted or combined motivators.  What have you found successful?

@Rick Harmon I took a look at the rate for The Daily Journal.  Looks like about 60 to 80 dollars per month for subscription.  Is this or the other services you mentioned the best way to get new probate leads besides going to the courthouse myself?

P.S.  How is your Probate course coming along?  If you would like a proof reader or beta tester from a novice perspective, I'm all in!!
