Hello Bigger Pockets,

I am looking for the opportunity to represent commercial buyers in the acquisition of retail shopping strips or multifamily properties located in Corpus Christi, TX. I am a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams. Thank you.

I have been on biggerpockets for a while but since becoming licensed I plan on utilizing the site more to connect with others. If you are interested in investing in Corpus Christi, feel free  contact me.

To my seasoned investors, do you recommend setting up an LLC or some type of corporate entity? The plans are to acquire rental properties, but with the income generated would it be better to have a business overseeing the properties for better tax rates?
