if you search there's a few threads regarding the Redding fire.

Great info and thank you for sharing.  I live in Redding and work on a fire Heli crew so I know first hand the damage these fires have.  Being in Santa Rosa last year stationed at the Sonoma Calfire base was probably the worst fire I've experienced in my career.  This time the fire hit closer to home.  Thankfully we were able to help shelter evacuee's, animals etc.  What's the best avenue for investment post disaster?  We were looking to invest in a property before the fire so the market dynamic has changed quite a bit.  Prices are soaring fast and I'm curious how Santa Rosa investments are paying off?

following.  Also live in Redding and looking to invest.

ADMIN.  Please delete. Found several threads on this topic already I've subscribed to.  Thanks.
