When you have too many financed properties in your name, how are buying more properties? I am in the business of buying and holding, but I don't want to use all my cash to buy something free and clear.

Are you getting an SBA loan through your LLC to buy more properties? How does that work?

Hey Everyone.

Who are you guys using for some creative financing? This would be for myself, and I plan on buying and holding real estate. I am not looking at flipping houses, just some minor cosmetic improvements

Thanks!

Do any of you know of a lender that can offer financing for someone that can't get a traditional Fannie Mae Loan? Who do you guys use when you need creative financing?
