Thanks John!  Sorry for the confusion.  We already have all the cameras set up.  We are looking for a good software and dvr box that we could use.  We definitely need to be able to view them remotely via web application and a phone app.

Is that something that digital watchdog could handle?

Hi,

I'm looking for any recommendations on good camera systems.  I have three 30+ unit apartment buildings which have been wired for cameras and have the cameras there, but am having a horrible time trying to find a dependable and camera system/software to use.  They are IP cameras and we have 8 to 16 cameras per building.

I'm struggling to find a company that doesn't use internet explorer.

Any recommendations would be helpful!

Hi Amy,

I personally only use Cozy for the applications and background and credit checks.  The Cozy Link makes it very easy to send to applicants.

As for advertising, the listing is a bonus, but for the most part 90% of my leads come from ZIllow's Rental Manager platform (formerly Postlets).

For rental management, I use Buildium, which I love.

Hey there.  First, thanks for taking the time to read this.

My business partner and I are looking to purchase a 30 Unit building for approximately $1mil.  We are willing to put down anywhere between 30 to 50%.  The building itself is in great shape, with a new roof, new electrical, new windows, new boiler, and is 100% occupied.

Generally most of our real estate purchases are cash so we are not very experienced in finding loans, let alone multifamily or apartment loans.

My question is, what type of multifamily loan should we be looking at getting?

Thanks!
