I used show mojo in conjunction with codebox on my last rental property and loved it. We only have 13 properties and they are hardly ever vacant. I want to use show mojo bc my live is so crazy busy but we will not use it but maybe once or twice a year. is anyone interested in splitting it with me? I think the cost is 499 yearly. If you are interested let me know. It is worth the investment!

Over the past month I have been using Show Mojo and found it to be a great tool. I currently only own 13 properties and I may have 1-2 for rent per year. Because of this we will never use the application to its full potential. I was wondering if anyone here would like to split the yearly scription.

Great feed back guys. Normally we just put the needed 20% down and go with a conventional loan; however, we were thinking of options with house hacking. In that scenariovwe would probably go with an FHA loan

I am currently looking for a bank that will loan less than 25% down for multifamily units. We plan to buy a 4plex in the Atlanta area and live in it. The loan would be a First time home owners loan and I would like to avoid PMI. I know there was a reference to Trustcobank on this mornings pod cast. Is there any other advice? Thanks in advice for all your responses!!

Tyler,

Email a proforma on these properties so I can get a handle on the true cap rate. I will drive by them tomorrow and then call you.
