I am looking for a new property manager in the Daytona Beach, FL market. I have a small multi - family property of 12 units. I have 2 more units to rehab and rent out. 10/12 are done.

Looking for a manager that keeps great accounting, can handle the last 2 rehab units and is responsive.

Thanks,

Ryan

$250 is great depending on the market your in for a SFH. Especially if you ran very conservative numbers for expenses/ repairs/ vacancy cost ect.
