I’m considering this option.. but with hard money is it right that you find the deal first then present it to the hard money lender so you know how much money or need?

I have considered hard money I just know the rates are higher have you done hard money if so how was your experience?

I am probably going to end up going this route and just buying in my personal name with umbrella policy and maybe late transferring the deed to my LLC

I thought commercial lending was for big buildings I didn’t know commercial lending could be used for single and multi-family properties
