Post: Interpreting a Tax Delinquent List

Hey Guys,

I recently acquired a tax delinquent list for my area with the intent to market off it via cold calling.  I'm having trouble sifting through all the data on it, however.

Does anyone have a good walk through of what each column represents?

Advice on how you sort the data and the key columns you take in to account, would be a huge help.

Thank you,

Ryan

@Shawn Kostoff Thank you I really appreciate that!

@Jonathan M. What have you found to be a successful script for the initial Voicemail?

Glad your seeing results, I'm about to start up also!

@Eliott Harris It's competitive, but there is definitely plenty of flipping going on, which means there's plenty of opportunity for wholesaling.

Hi Guys,

I'm just starting out wholesaling in San Diego.

I've only met one other person that has wholesaled in San Diego so far.  I'm hoping to connect and chat with someone who is currently involved in the San Diego market.

Please drop a message if you are local, would love to chat!

Thanks,
Ryan Warden
