Hello, I'm a local firefighter in Nashville Tennessee and I'm looking to get a start in real estate investing and flipping. I have studied, read, and listened to as much as possible and I am still Beyond confused. I feel like I understand the basics but there's so much more that I know I need to learn. I would love any advice, help, or general knowledge that could help me get a jump start. I'm beyond motivated and I have so much time on my off days to help out anyone that needs it.
