@Jesse Herndon

Hey Jesse. My name is Ryan, and my wife and I live full-time in an RV. Do what fits your needs, don’t worry about everyone else.

My wife and I had 5 SFH and 1 multi-family, sold all, 1031 into a commercial RV park, now living for free since other people pay our living expenses. Best choice we ever made. We have 45 RV slots on site.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Cash-flow is King.

Best of luck.

Greetings! Anyone have ideas on how to continue investing when your money is tied up in a commercial real estate deal?

Lender said I can’t dip into our equity for a minimum of 12 months. Suggestions?

Thanks!

No partner. I financed the rest from my own liquidity. I appreciate the help! I'm a novice.

I will be renting to people that have no relation to me.

I recently purchased a property (to rent) with Solo 401K funds. That's okay as long as the proceeds go back into the 401K correct? House was $77K and 39K was used from Solo 401K. Are there problems with this transaction?

Bill Gulley I know you wrote this over two years ago, but wow, what a resume! My name is Ryan, a RE estate investor. I have 3 SF homes, buy-and-hold and learned about note investing. Would you be so kind to call and explain how this works? I'm a retired Marine and saw you were in the Army. Thank you for serving. I want to have a lucrative career in investing and need a good mentor. Would you be so kind to call and explain some key concepts to start me in the right direction? I'd appreciate it. I live in Tampa, Florida with my wife Danielle. We're on EST. I hope we can chit chat a bit. Thank you. Ryan Wright
