Post: Arrowhead Manor Estates (hillside) vs. Moon Valley (Coral Gable Estates)

Hey Rod,

Both are good options but in my opinion, Coral Gables wins the battle. It's located in a very convenient central location with easy access to the rest of the valley. The homes are also priced well for the size, and it sounds like you like big homes that can stretch your money.

Another positive is that it looks like a lot of the hillside owners have a good amount of equity and it's possible that you might be able to find a good off market deal on one of them.

Hello Calgary! Greetings from Arizona.

I am an agent in the greater Phoenix area, servicing the majority of the valley including Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, etc. I have been working in this area for about 5 years now.

We have noticed that an influx of Canadians are making the move to Arizona, and I would love create a relationship with some of you agents and talk about what type of service I can offer to any of your clients thinking about making the move to AZ. I know how much of a relief it is to be able to have confidence when referring my clients to another agent out of state, and I want to build that confidence with you and provide excellent service for your clients.

Please feel free to reach out to me and we can talk some more. Thanks so much!

Quote from @Jimmy Rojas:

I live in Phx,Az , where should i apply for a mortgage loan first at my local bank (wells fargo) or use a broker, a lot of people here tell me to start with my bank as they have all my info, if i get pre approved anywhere i wouldnt be committed/obligated to go along with the deal right ?

Congrats on starting your first home purchase journey, that's a huge milestone to tackle. To answer you question on getting qualified, I recommend getting quotes from multiple lenders as they are all different in terms of what they can do for you. To go even further, real estate agents usually have a large network of trusted lenders they have worked with in the past, and can refer you a couple to start with.I know a couple great ones if you would be interested in speaking with them, and maybe we can get together based on how those conversations go.Look forward to hearing from you and have a great week.
