@ Wendy Schultz, that's all it would be. just a sample to say thanks for choosing us for their visit and a card for when they discover they like it.

Since a few asked, (i'm not trying to solicit on here per the rules) the other business is Rodan + Fields. It's skin care, so we were thinking of placing 1 mini-facial per guest in the bathroom for them to use if they want. No pressure, it wouldn't be all over the place. But we thought since expanding one's network is a big part of that business, it would be a good way to expand our reach.

I have a couple Airbnb's now. My wife also has a home business that we would like to promote to our Airbnb guests. Does anyone have any experience or advice on this? Is it an appropriate thing to do in that setting?

@Eric C. my concern would be the liability. I would get an electric cart (if i get one). As for the rate, i guess that's one thing i'm hoping to get out of this discussion. I'm debating between making it an option that guests could pay extra for if they want to use it, or just raising the nightly rent and making it an available amenity. Not sure which is better or more lucrative.

My new Airbnb is located in a town that allows the use of golf carts on the roads. I was thinking about getting one as an amenity that I could charge extra for. Has anyone ever done anything like this? Pros/Cons? Insurance considerations? TIA

@Jennifer A King, thats kind of what I was hoping would be the case. I will keep it in mind if I need to change up my strategy to keep it occupied.

@Josh Bakhshi

We are just under contract for the house now. Trying to get all my ducks in a row and policies decided before listing. We don't have a yard, but we are right next to a dog park. I'll probably not allow pets at first and see how it goes.

@Josh Bakhshi

How long have you had your BNB? have you been successful overall so far? What other considerations are you considering when allowing pets?

Does anyone with an Airbnb allows pets? If so, do you charge an additional deposit, cleaning fee, rent increase or all of the above? Have you had any good or bad experiences with it?
