I am trying to land my first deal but the contracts are throwing me off. 

1) do you leave the deposit with the homeowner or title company?

2) Do you need to fill out your address info in the agreement? The image attached makes it seem so

3) How can I get more tips on filling out these forms (Purchase agreement and assignment of contract)?

Hello everyone! I'm Ryan and I am looking to start wholesaling houses in New Hampshire, but a few roadblocks are stopping me from making my first deal. First, the contracts. I have no idea how these contracts work and what to write in them. Second, I am nervous to buy since I have no buyers list. How can advertise well to grab the attention of rehabbers or investors? How can I create a comfortable size buyers list. Finally, how was everyone's first wholesaling deal? Good? Bad? Any response would be great! Thank you BP community!
