Hey Conrad. Sorry for the delayed post. I'm making progress, just taking things one step at a time. Most of my year last year was kind of figuring the direction I wanted to go, and then the beginning of this year I started doing more action taking. I've been pursuing the creative method of lease options. Still working towards my first deal, but it's just a matter of time!

Thank you Tom! And Dan, I want to start investing just part time for now while I learn the ropes, and will probably start with wholesaling. Once I get more familiar with everything, I plan on getting into flipping houses, as well as buy and hold properties. I would also like to eventually invest full time. Hi everyone! My name is Ryan Schwab, and I live just outside of Traverse City, MI. I am very new to real estate investing in the fact that I have just started looking into starting my business, and have not closed any deals of any kind yet. Hopefully that will change sooner than later! In the mean time, I'm learning and doing as much research as I can to get myself headed in the right direction.
