@Sunny Burns have you remained using Trustco? I’m told I need a co-signer and want to know what they need in order for co-signer to be removed.

@Jonathan Greene that’s what I was thinking. It’s near the Montclair golf club and I don’t own it.. just trying to see what rent looks like in that area and for an apartment that is not terrible but not updated

Hi - what is the going rent for a 2 bed 1 bath in Verona NJ for an apartment of a househack? The apartment does not have central a/c and w/d is shared in basement.
