Quote from @Aaron Howell:

Just disclose she's a licensed agent if she's part of the transaction.  Depending on what form you're using .. it would be close to the end.  On the VAR contract it is paragraph 29.  NoVA uses a different form.

Thanks Aaron! I am the licensed spouse but would be using her income for loan purposes.

Greetings to all,

I am inquiring about Virginia real estate laws for home buying when a spouse is licensed. In this particular situation, the non-licensed spouse would be the principal purchaser. Also, is the spouse legally allowed to be a part of the home purchase? If anyone has knowledge please reach out. Thank you for your time in advance!

For development? What exactly is your plan and what types of land are you looking for?

Specifically raw land with development potential for single family residential housing (subdivisions).

I want to connect with someone who is interested in acquiring an already profitable business. Lots of baby boomers currently retiring and are motivated to sell. Let’s talk strategy and numbers to see if it’s a profitable deal for all parties involved.
