I just closed on my first STR in Panama City Beach at Regency Towers!
I’m curious if anyone on this platform has a STR in PCB?

Do you self manage and have your own website? Use Airbnb strictly?

I’m curious to know what strategies you have and appreciate you all! 

P.s total newbie on STR but own multi family properties here in my hometown. Please excuse my ignorance lol.

Hi BiggerPockets Gang! I currently own a Triplex in the heart of Rome next to Shorter University! Fully rented month to month with Long term tenants at $1025/mo. Hey, I get it. The Rents are low. However, this triplex will need to be rehabbed over time and rents will be higher. I am selling it for $70k! If you use the bigger pockets tools you will see just how much this property cash flows. @Luke Carl Ryan here from the Atlanta, Ga area. Being in Nashville, have you looked much into the Blueridge area? Area sees high traffic as well and has good VR's( I seem to notice).
