@Aleks GiffordI I actually just turned 17, but Its stIll one step closer to 18 lol. So far I am doing pretty well right now. I am currently saving up money from profits that I make on stock trading returns to put towards my first rental property. I have moved from Illinois to Arizona and now currenysearxhing good areas to purchase in. I will continue to update you once I hit the ripe age of 18 and get my license 👍🏽

Can someone break down the basics of Rental Property investing? I’m more focused on investing in multi family apartment complexes with 10+ units or anything above, any tips?

Im only 15 but i have big plans for the future when i turn 18 and get my real estate license. But i am wondering, is it possible or impossible to make 100k your first year of real estate?

Im in need of someone who can help me learn the basics of investing and or flipping properties. Im only 15 but im open to any basic tips that can help me be successful  in the long run when i get my real estate license at the age of 18. I am also in need of experienced real estate investors who can coach me online about additional information i need to know also, but any help is welcome.
