Thanks Gina. I have not seen this feature yet, but they may still be working on developing it for this area. The new bill was just signed recently and the taxes will start being enforced on bookings beginning in July 2019. I currently use Airbnb for one unit in Medford and am closing on two more units in Everett that I plan to use as STRs as well.

I am invested in a few Airbnb units in Massachusetts and was wondering if any other investors know how to properly charge for the new state and local occupancy taxes through Airbnb. I understand you can raise your prices accordingly or charge each guest separately after they book, but would like to know if there are any automated options through the platform?
