Has anyone used flat rate selling services such as Clever? Just curious if it’s worth the savings and how fast can they sell my home. Thanks!

Does anyone have any idea how accurate the zillow website "zestimates" are? At first glance they seem to really overvalue home prices but I just haven't got the time yet to get my own appraisal. Just curious if I can place a preliminary ball park figure on my current residence before I start any sale planning. Thanks!

Post: Can I incorporate without any real assets

Within the next year or so, I will be taking over the family business, as my father will be retiring. The business is not in anyway real estate related, but I'm wondering if I can incorporate myself and take over as an "investment company". Eventually I would like to use some of the money from the business to start investing in real estate. Does anyone know if this is possible to do? Can I incorporate myself without actually having any real assets? Any advise would be appreciated.

I'm new to BP so forgive me if this has been asked already. How did you get started? I don't need the entire story,(although I would love to hear it) but just how you got the financing to purchase your first investment property, and what kind of property was it? I am looking to start investing in real estate, specifically rental properties, with maybe the occasional wholesale, within the next couple of years, and would like to see how others got started so I kind of know what some real options are. Thanks!

Got it, thanks! I'm not currently an investor but will be within the next couple of years. I'm using that time to educate myself as much as possible. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

If I had a real estate license in Arizona, would I be able to access the MLS listings in another state such as Nebraska?
