Hi Guys. 

Had a quick question- i'm buying an A class 5 bedroom home that was built in 2013 and i'm looking to either rent each room to a different tenant on a lease or all of the rooms for AIRBNB. Of course the AIRBNB option would require me to also furnish the entire house nicely. 

What are your thoughts in terms of the best strategy to produce cashflow?

I've been also looking in the mesquite and parahmp areas to find the 1/1.5% rule and get better COCR.

Has anyone invested there/ understand that market?

Hey Guys- Newbie investor here 

Looking to get advice from people investing multifamily or SF in Parahmp, Mesquite about how did they find this market and has they seen better returns, deals, tenants in those areas which are around an hour from Vegas.
