This was one of the properties that we lost. It was for sale as a double property with the building next to it. That got snatched up before we could even inquire about it and then this one was re-listed by itself. It was exactly what I've been looking for!

Hi @Brandi Pearl Thompson thanks for the reply.

I'm looking at everything. But I think right now single family up to multi unit 4 plexes are the most appealing. I would love to find some properties in nicer or up and coming neighbohoods that need a little love, fix them up and get them rented. I will look at wholesale, listed, forclosed, doesn't matter. I know I probably sound like everyone else looking for a "fixer in a nice area" for but they exist! I lost two of these properties last year.

Thanks!

Hey Guys,

I grew up in Chattanooga and now live and work in Los Angeles. I can't afford to invest in the market here so I'm looking in my home town for some opportunities. I've been working with an agent who never returns my emails or calls and has missed several opportunities I was after. I'm looking for someone new in the Chattanooga area to help me. Anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks

Ryan
