I haven't gotten a software application yet but what I have found to be very successfully is combining free resources. I use a combination of the BiggerPockets marketplace to look for leads and deals not listed on Zillow or Trulia. I then use the market feature on Trulia to see average rental prices and home sale prices to see if the market is strong. Using all of the resources in tandem was as close to RePropFinder as I could find and has given me reliable data to hot markets to avoid pitfalls.

Hello everyone,

My name is Ryan Marsh and me and my Significant other Amber Allen are trying to get into the real estate market to spend more time with our son. My first encounter with real estate was one of the Real Estate elevated seminars which went over the basics of wholesaling, rental properties, and flipping properties. I know a lot of the information was solid(although readily available through sites like this) but I noticed they had a web application at repropfinder.com. Does anyone know of any equivalents that I could use or purchase on my own? I'm looking forward to starting this journey but I want to make sure I have all the tools I need to make the right choices and find the best deals in my area.
