Hey Everyone,

As a fellow investor, I know we're all keen to find new ways to generate more customer interest in our RE endeavors, while simultaneously being the preferred service in the various local markets we're working in. I'm a passionate small business advocate who is bent on starting a movement that brings new and loyal customers to local businesses.

My team and I are doing this through our Real Time Reviews app (on Apple and Android). Simply put, you send a text message to a customer that contains a link, the customer provides a star rating and feedback, and the review posts instantly to Google, Yelp, or Facebook. That's truly it.

Please take a moment to checkout our 1 minute video that gives a quick demo on RealTimeReviews.com (video is also attached to this thread).

  • 92% of all consumer read online reviews for local businesses
  • 88% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations
  • Given the competitive REI market, getting Google Reviews helps set you apart from other wholesalers, investors, etc in your local market
  • We have started working with RE agents in Arizona and we truly believe your investment companies can use this service to gain considerable edge over your local competition
  • Millenials are now coming into buying power...as a Millenial, I know that my generation dominantly reads reviews before deciding where to exercise that buying power

As a formal Google employee, I can tell you that this type of curation is critical and I often spoke about similar curation strategies at various events. Of course, seeing that it is a company I have a personal interest in, there is bias, so I would encourage to watch the 1 minute demo video mentioned above (link below as well).

Please reply if you have questions. Would love to help you capture your local market in a more meaningful way. We have many clients doing that now.

Thank you,

Ryan

All,

I've been extensively researching and attempting to find legit REI mentors, but I simply keep finding my way back to multiple guru discussions and doubts of legitimacy regarding the gurus (on top of massive fees to use their educational material and systems).

I think we can all agree that self education will likely be the dominant approach, but I would certainly love to be wrong about this and truly hope to find a willing mentor.

My questions to all of you...have you been able to find a mentor? If so, how? What have been some good strategies that supplement strong activity on BP?

Thanks for the guidance.

Let's connect and talk about it!

Hey Dalton, very interesting info here. Do you have a link regarding that gives deeper info regarding Phoenix/Scottsdale?

Thanks for the info.

@Jeff Schneider Not yet, but my wife and I want to start at some point. Looking forward to getting in some much needed snowboard time, however.

By the way Jeff, I'm looking for some direction on finding good rental properties in the valley. I see that you're a real estate agent. Anything interesting I should be paying attention to? Maybe you have some listings yourself?

Hello to all in the BP community. My name is Ryan and I'm a new real estate investor (starting off in rental properties and getting close to finishing my first deal). I'm currently the COO of a popular eSports team known as OpTic, so if you're into gaming and/or real estate, I would love to connect with you.

I'm always eager to listen and learn, so please don't be shy in sharing your experiences and expertise - I too, will maintain that position with anyone I connect with =).

My wife and I are starting our investment journey in Arizona, but I'm open to other markets where the numbers make sense and there is potential for opportunity.

Hope to connect with more of you! Feel free to add me on LinkedIn or follow me on Twitter @OpTicJ.
