I have not. Do you build custom homes or tracts of homes? I heard Jerry Norton mention high end custom homes earning him a 60% margin doing one at a time…that’s great.

Shortly before this opportunity presented itself, a vehicle collided with the chimney damaging the chimney and causing structural issues in the basement below. We opted to wholesale the deal to our friend who was able to complete the flip.
