OK so my significant others father lives in the Netherlands and he wants her to sell the house...... How in the world would this or COULD this work.....( house is in USA Georgia btw) 

Quick and simple. 10 months ill be able to go for an FHA. I want to acquire a dup,tri,quadplex.

I already know ill be able to get pre approval due to building my self back up properly after the BR so assuming i can get a deal in which the numbers work are there any other restrictions an FHA will place on me due to said bankruptcy like not able to rent out, not being able to buy multi family, etc etc ?

Any help/advice is awesome !!!!

@David Dachtera Thanks i actually did not know that. Ill research more into that in the mean time.

I have a bankruptcy that will prevent me from getting an FHA for 9 more months due to the 2 year rule. Will this also prevent me from ASSUMING an FHA already in place ?

Hey everyone. Newbest of Newbs to this and the Macon Ga area. Currently doing likely 10 metric tons of reading and listening/watching! Suggestions more than welcome.
