I am in Columbus, OH and plan on getting my feet wet here. Currently I've been driving for dollars, and cold calling on SFH all over the city. I haven't narrowed it down any further than that yet. Other than that I am looking to house hack a 2-4 unit with an FHA, and then refi out of it and roll into another, etc.

Honestly I am interested in all of it.  I want to try my hand at everything over time and see what I truly enjoy the most.  To start out I am looking to wholesale for capital, and flips to partner and learn.  House hacking is also on my radar if I can find a 2-4 unit in my area with how hot it is.  For now what I can bring to the table is deals I can find, and small amount of capital.  I ultimately I think I would enjoy multifamily, but LTRs interest me as well.  I really like the BRRRR strategy idea.

Hi everybody, I'm just getting started in the real estate world.  I've been listening to massive amounts of podcasts while I work my day job, and reading everything I can.  Not sure what all to include in this post so it may be a little hectic.  I'm trying to network and connect with more people in my area.  I am looking for a 2-4 unit to buy currently to house hack, and have invested some money into systems to drive for dollars to wholesale or partner on a flip and learn more while bringing in a little capital.  Long term goal is to be able to invest in large multifamily, and to build wealth to pass on to my children.  Currently my fiance is handling all the cold calling, and we are really trying to dive in head first!  Any replies, connections, advice, or anything else would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Ryan Howard
