I've started looking into doing wholesales and am curious how to screen and select a title company to do business with.  Any suggestions and advice for title companies and or wholesaling in general is appreciated.

Eric mayo, yes that us the area I'm going to focus on since that's where I live.  

Are REIO meets specific to an area? Like downtown, suburban areas, etc  I'm starting to look for them to get my foot in the door, and hoping to find a mentor in the process.

I would go with Stephens suggestion, but if they don't renew their lease at any time I would bump the rate to the market value.
