Hello! My husband and I recently got our first property under contract for 16,000 until December 18th. We are bringing a powerpoint to an REIA meeting to present for later tonight, but what do I say to my cash buyers? For example, we only have 15 confirmed email cash buyers. What exactly can I say or not say to them or what can I say that will entice them. I'm just kinda stuck on what wordage I can or cannot use, or what the most effective approach is. Also if you have any other suggestions I would really appreciate any input. Thanks in advance.

@Brandon Sturgill thank you for responding to me! I did talk with lenders from guaranteed rate and Diamond Mortgage who pay for 50% of marketing fees (obviously their info is on the back), and will pay for 100% of broker houses, and sit in on open houses when asked. I’m a brand new agent, so I don’t have any experience. I just wanted to share. If you think these offers sound strange please let me know ! Thanks again!
Hi all! I’m going to be testing in November for my license. Today I’m meeting with a direct lender, but I’m unsure of the basic questions to ask him other than “how do you comarket with other agents you see”
