Lamar doesn’t own the property the billboard are on.  It is almost always leased.  A tax lien superecedes any other lien and always takes first position

I just purchased some commercial property from my local county tax.  There are 4 billboards on the parcel.  My questions are does the lease with the previous owner hold up with me being the new owner?  Also what does Lamar Billboard company typically pay annually for 4 billboards that are lighted and on a single pole to the property owner? Thank you

I have it pending.  They accepted

It does help.  They accepted my offer yesterday.  Thanks everyone

Very good advice Mr Kao.  Thank you

They counter back at their asking price.  So clearly there weren’t multiple bids or mine was the one they want to work with.

I countered back at my initial offer (which was 88% of asking price). All cash, 100% of my offer in earnest money, no contingencies, quick closing. What are your opinions?

They countered back after my highest and best.  They countered back at asking price

I upped my offer by $257, all cash, half the money of the sale in earnest, no contingencies, quick close
