I figured it best to have a real estate attorney that can help with any legal questions, contracts, advice. Especially as my portfolio grows.

I'm just beginning my real estate investing journey and would like to form a buisness relationship with an attorney in the Wisconsin area.  Please let me know if you are, or know someone. Thank you.

Looking for a single family for an STR and possibly Mid term.

Looking for assistance with creative financing options advice in the Arizona markets.  The biggest roadblock for me on my first purchase is coming up with enough for a down payment.  Would appreciate any insight.

My friend and I are looking for an experienced real estate investor in the Los Angeles are that can help us with a blueprint on how to start a path to invest in STR's/Medium term rentals. We realize that we need help starting down our path to financial independence. We live in the Redondo and Lon Beach area.

I'm a rookie looking to invest in the North Carolina market.  I think the biggest issue I have is finding creative ways to invest.  I've been doing so much research reading articles, listening to podcasts, and looking at these posts, but I have to admit, I'm extremely confused about getting financed for that first purchase.  I appreciate any help you all may have, and thank you in advance!!!

Hi Ryan, I would love to help you out with this. Feel free to PM me.
Sounds great.  Again.  Totally new, I do have a partner, but I’m not sure sure I’d have enough for a conventional loan. I’d really love to hear what you think and how I may be able to acquire my first property.

Not be necessarily.  I am going in with a partner but I’m not sure I’ll have enough to put down with a traditional loan.
