Can someone help me spend this $150K? I simply want two more SFRs in MKE built after 1950.

I also have five properties that I want to finance and BRRR until I can't BRRR anymore. So that would translate to roughly Seventy-Two Commission Checks.

I'm having difficulty finding an experienced agent who will return a call

I've been lurking for a while but now I'm ready for action.  I sold a piece of farmland and now have $257K in a 1031 account.  I have until April 4th to designate the properties I want to buy.  I've scoured the Midwest digitally and IRL and settled on Milwaukee as being the right fit.  It is close to Lake County, IL where much of my family lives and has under-served areas that can benefit me and vice-versa.  I am looking to buy four or five single family homes that need less than 10k each in rehab.

I need a realtor that is intimately familiar with sections of Milwaukee that have good price to rent ratios.  I've tried to connect with a couple of well regarded realtors but strangely have gotten no responses.

Advice anyone?

If you know or are a realtor who fits this criteria send me a message.  Don't send me deals or other solicitations.
