@Kathryn Morea

Awesome, Thank you!

I am visiting Condado for the month and am exploring REI opportunities. I am definitely interested in attending the March 24th event in San Juan, but was also wondering if anyone knows of any other Real Estate networking events happening later this week or next week. Thanks!

@Account Closed I just purchased an area rug that covers about 85% of the main area upstairs.  And yeah thats a good idea, but a more complicated solution then I was hoping for haha.  I will definitely keep that in mind and talk to my contractor about it.  Thanks!

Hi @Marlen Weber.  Thanks for the suggestion! The upstairs is leased out and unfortunately I have already talked to them about the noise and sent a written notice.  They claim that they keep the kids quiet during the night and that the kids like to run around and play during the day, which is something that is tough to avoid.  The noise complaints have continued.

Hello,

I purchased my first two family investment property last year.  Recently I have been getting numerous complaints from the tenants on the ground floor about the kids running around upstairs making too much noise (two year old and 4 year old).  I purchased additional carpeting for upstairs, which did not help.  I was hoping to get some advice from people who have experience with theses issues.  Any suggestions on how this can be resolved? Any recommendations for soundproof padding I could lay under the carpet?

Thanks,

Ryan
