I'm looking for a lender who will do refi on a DSCR loan on a rural manufactured home (doublewide) in NC. 80% LTV ideal, but can go lower, if needed.

North State Bank offers a 85% LTV commercial cash out refinance after a 6 month seasoning period with great credit/financials at reasonable rates with very low application/origination fees. I am looking for another bank that will do this. Even 80% would be acceptable.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Does anybody have any recommendations for contractors in the Hendersonville, NC area? No permit/license necessary. Mostly LVP flooring install and drywall work.
