Hey Herman my name is Ryanchase. I am currently seeking out for a hard money lender. I'm from the springs (Army) and looking into flipping houses. If you dont mind can you give me a contact.

By the way how are you doing so far with your team?  I'm a newbie but want to get my feet wet. Thanks!

Hey! I am also in the Military (Army) and that question has crossed my mind. What I plan on doing is continue to save for the down payment. Find a property around base so it can be easy to manage if you decide to live there or not.

(Side note) Having property near the base would likely be rented out easier due to the constant turn around of servicemen.

I'm new to Colorado Springs  and am looking to get my feet wet in the RE industry.

Do you think its best to volunteer at an Agents open house?

What should I do as far as getting experience before I earn my license?

Thanks I appreciate the responses. I'll do more research, but from the replies I feel less interested in investing. Thanks again!

Your right Michigan is not Detroit! but I was considering both State and City in purchasing property in. I wouldn't go as far as saying that there stupid people for considering buying properties. Perhaps they are less informed about the market. Thanks for your response.

Why are the homes so cheap? Bad economy? perhaps the economy may pick back up!
