If I am looking at it right.... I can pay the $750 to start the process and then if no one bids own the property for the fee price listed(average a few thousand dollars)
I am trying to find out some info right now on how the whole tower portion works out. Bell South owns the property and it is coming up for tax sale.

Baker Pile driving in Madisonville is a reputable company. Used them many years ago on a few houses on the south shore.
I am looking at a piece of property that has a tower directly adjacent to our town fire department. The property is owned by bell south mobility and they have a tower and generator. That is all this property is. It is not an attractive idea, but then I started thinking that if the property is inexpensive could I possibly make $$ on the tower itself. It is currently managed by Crown Castle

The only wholesaling I do is the occasional "buy a place cheap, realize I have too many projects already, then just resell it a few months later for profit", and the occasional tax adjudication property flip which i guess qualifies...but I am mostly a buy-and-hold and flip-rehab investor. Also I do a lot of tax lien investing here.

 Nicholas,

I have recently started looking at adjudications in the New Orleans/Northshore area. What kind of experiences have you had with them?
